Along with my life spent in fitness and health, I have spent my fair share of time serving people and bartending in a whole bunch of different restaurants. I’ve learned a lot over the years in how to get the best from restaurants and I want to share a bunch of my insights here today.
I’ve worked in bars, pubs, Italian, Asian, Gastropubs, you name it. I think I was even employed by Hooters at one point… Don’t judge, I was young and needed the money.
We all know preparing our own food at home is not only cheaper but the healthier way to eat as you have total control over the ingredients and preparation of the food. However we all are going to eat out at some point and I’ve got some great tips on how to get the best experience in a restaurant, tricks they use to make you spend more money and how you can find some of the healthiest choices to eat.
Some Saved By The Bell FunFacts: Saved By The Bell is a spin-off from a Disney show called Good Morning, Miss Bliss. It features Zach Morris who is kind of a loser compared to when he’s on SBTB. A fan theory goes that Saved By The Bell is all a dream and is actually the young Zach from Good Morning, Miss Bliss dreaming about a school and life where he’s popular and successful. If you listen to the lyrics of the Saved By The Bell Theme song you can hear some of the explanation that goes behind this. Seriously check out the whole fan theory
Also, Zach and Lisa dated in real life for most of the show and Mark-Paul Gosselaar had to dye his hair every two weeks to keep it blonde.
