The ketogenic diet is pretty much everywhere. It’s kind of like the new paleo, or the new Atkins, but you might notice a trend there.
Every so often a dieting fad hits that you see countless books, magazines, blogs, and products devoted to. They weren’t there a few years ago, and they might not be a few years from now.
The ketogenic diet, however, has been around for decades and I’m taking a look back at an interview I did with nutrition expert, Jimmy Moore to talk ketosis, cholesterol, and better health
This podcast interview was discussing keto before that became a common word. In this episode, we are also talking about cholesterol, weight loss, and how to improve your overall health. And Jimmy has walked the walked once weighing in at over 400 pounds.

So, hopefully this gives you some more insight into everything to do with ketosis, or paleo, or how low-carb can be beneficial. Ultimately, it’s about what you can do to take back control of your own health.
