For years I have been a personal trainer and have been passionate about exercise and primarily nutrition.
I have worked in many gyms in Canada, England, and the U.S and have been lucky to see many different parts of the world. I got really frustrated in gyms where limited time with people made it very difficult to overhaul their health and wellness. A 50-minute session was not going to make up for bad eating habits and a lack of knowledge on how food impacts your body.
